Annual General Meeting

Each year we have an Annual General Meeting. This is an important meeting for us as a church, but it also has a legal function for us as a registered charity. In the meeting we will receive our Annual Accounts for 2023, elect Trustees, give thanks and pray together.

Alongside our formal Report and Accounts we are producing a short Church Annual Report. There will be an opportunity for any comments or questions before a motion is moved to formally receive them.

We can elect up to three further trustees. If you would like more information or wish to be nominated, please see the information sheet and speak to Mark. If no nominations are received in advance of the meeting, this agenda item will not be moved.
